We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2019, at the age of 85, Julia L. Carr (Wyoming, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Joseph Carr; her parents, Ray Frizzell and Helen Frizzell; and her sisters, Joyce Dailey and Juanita Okerlund. She is survived by : her children, Peggy Griffee, Joe Carr, Cindy Saxton (Terry), Rick Carr (Vicki) and James Carr; and her sister Janice Stratton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

In honor of Julia and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jim Carr to offset final expenses.
