He was predeceased by : his wife Christina; and his parents, Adrian Bee and Lorine Vander Bee. He is survived by : his children, Gary Vander Bee and Kathy Boogaard (Dave Lyzenga); his grandchildren, Tyler, Kat Boogaard, Jacqui, John Syers, Matthew and Emily Boogaard; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Sophie and Adrian; and his siblings-in-law, Florence Potter and Robert Krol. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
