He was predeceased by : his father Paul Gibbs. He is survived by : his mother Doris Gibbs; his sister Linda Gibbs; and his nieces, Gerri, Wendy and Tina. He is also survived by 2 great-nieces, 3 great-nephews, and 1 great-great nephew.
