He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie D. Scarbough and Thelma Craighead; his uncle Dr. Robert Scarbough; and his brother Ron Scarbough. He is survived by : his wife Millie Lofton; his daughters, Thelma Kinlaw (Jerome) of Michigan and Glory-Summer Scarbough of Michigan; his granddaughters, Lana and Maya Kinlaw; and his uncle Milton Craighead.
