With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Riggs (Ypsilanti, Michigan), who passed away on February 4, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Gilbert Shinn and Volina Shinn (Eusay); her husband Vincent Riggs; her granddaughter Sarah Roberts; and her siblings, Gervais, William and Edna.

She is survived by : her daughter Brenda Roberts (Robert); her brother Thomas Shinn (Patricia); her grandchildren, Evelyn McConnell, David Roberts (Christina), Robin Roberts, James Roberts and Kimberly Roberts; her great grandchildren, Meadow McConnell, Hailey Roberts, Carly Roberts and Camryn Bradley; and her great great grandchild Angelo McConnell.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
