He is survived by: his wife Catherine Curtis; his daughters, Jessica King (Nick) and Heather Fergueson (Cody); his stepchildren, Amanda Gearhart (David), Christopher Curtis (Brittany), Dustin Curtis and Stephanie Burger (Bryan); his siblings, Jeff Maynard (Lisa) and Patricia Dotson (Howard); and his pet Elvis.
