She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Overy and Alta Overy (Adams); her husband Forrest Ashby; and her grandson Greg Caldwell. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Thornell of Fishers, IN and Cathy Bennett (Larry) of Ypsilanti; her grandchildren, Derek Caldwell (Lesly), Sara Caldwell, Kent Thornell (Kristin) and Amanda Welu (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Erica Brewer (Justin), Alayna Caldwell, Ryan Caldwell, Hudson Welu, Savannah Welu, Jensen Welu and Teagan Thornell; and her great great grandchildren, Scottie Brewer and Madison Brewer.
