He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard T. Fanslow and Thudora E. Fanslow (Carey); and his daughter Pamela M. Dearing. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly J. Jahsan; his daughters, Elizabeth Anne GiVogue and Jennifer Sue Hughes (Ray); his grandchildren, James Smith, Jonathan Hughes, Gabrielle GiVogue and Ian GiVogue; and his sister JoAnn Fanslow Chappell.
