She was predeceased by : her parents, Alton Hansen and Muriel Hansen (Greenville); her daughters, Pamela Gillett and Denise Gillett Ludwig; and her grandmother Dehnke (Wayne Otten).

She is survived by : her brother Dave Gillett; her friend Patricia; her husband Dave Gillett of Zeeland; her siblings, Marilyn Nielsen of Gowen, Owen Hansen of Spring Lake, Noel Hansen of Canton, MI and Vicki Harvey of Ionia; her children, Daniel Gillett (Sherrie) of Zeeland, Beth Krygier (Joel) of Kalamazoo and Bruce Gillett (Katie) of Belmont, MI; her son-in-law John Ludwig (Jill) of Frankfort, IL.; her grandchildren, Joshua Gillett (Lydia) of Hamilton, Stephanie Gillett of Zeeland, Neil Ludwig (Samantha), Alicia Ludwig, Samuel Krygier (Michele) of Kalamazoo, Abigail Burris (Zane) of Lawton, Isabelle, Isaac and Eli Gillett of Belmont, MI; her stepgrandchildren, Eric of Dallas, TX, Andrew of Dallas, TX and Audrey Studer of Chicago; and her great grandchildren, Beckett, Jayden, Elliana, Josie, Paisley, Skyla and Kinsley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
