He was predeceased by : his son Waylon. He is survived by : his parents, Virgil Pugh and Betty Pugh (Adler) of Stewartville; his children, Jesse Skelly and Jodi Pugh of Stewartville; his sister Cheryl Pavlak of Stewartville; and his stepdaughter Bobbi Duncan of Rochester. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.

Due to Coronavirus public health concerns, no services or visitation will be held.
