He was predeceased by : his parents, Custer Topp and Regina Topp (Demorett); and his brother Ron Topp. He is survived by : his wife Judith "Judy" Platt (Mattson); his children, Tony Topp (Mary Kay), Sherri McPhillips (Dan), Jodi Brezniak (Scott), Christy Erickson (Coby), Rick Topp, Bob Topp (Lisa), Chance Platt and Mike Platt; and his brothers, Ken Topp and Gary Topp (Carole). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
