She was predeceased by : her parents, John Vogt and Helen Vogt (Ressemann); and her brothers, Melvin Vogt, Donald Vogt and LeRoy Vogt.

She is survived by : her child Mercy Campus of Care; her grandson Evan; her husband Ted Buerman; her children, Daryl Buerman (Krista), Brian Buerman, Sandra Gertken (Avon) and Gary Buerman (Mora); and her siblings, Eileen Blasius, Ralph Vogt (Rita), Richmond and Roger Vogt (Markell). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
