With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Emma Boesen (Alexandria, Minnesota), who passed away on July 2, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Roers and Emma Roers. She is survived by: her children, Marcia Johnson (Brian), Thomas Boesen and Daniel Boesen (Joan); her grandchildren, Leah Carlson (Kale), Dana Strahnson (Cormac), Adrienne Mutzenberger (Jason) and Aaron Loso (Jaime Kingsley); her great grandchildren, Greta, Briar Carlson, Isabelle Warren, Lily Mutzenberger, Aston and Kingsley Loso; her brothers, Wally Roers (Evelyn) and Dennis Roers (Irma); and her in-laws, Bernie Boesen (Maureen), Gary Boesen (Colleen), John Boesen (Melanie) and Carol Rentz (Tom). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to Minnesota State Services for the Blind or Douglas County Food Shelf.
