He is survived by : his former life partner Roberta Spengler (Bobbie); his children, Richard (Trish) of Rochester, MN, James (Heidi) of Savage, MN, Catherine Catlow (Jim) of Grand Coulee, WA, Elizabeth Ellington (Jason) of Parkland, FL and Thomas Kuiper (Denise) of Sibley, IA; his siblings, Gary Kuiper (Judy) of Mead, WA and Debbie Pippen of Lawrenceberg, TN; his sister-in-law Marlene Kuiper of Omaha, NE; and his stepchildren, William Franzen of Alexandria, MN, Kathryn Franzen (Randy Goestch) of Andover, MN, Robert Franzen (Alicia) of Osakis, MN and Jennifer Kiewel (Mike) of Zimmerman, MN. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
