He is survived by: his close friends, Pierce and Nelson; his children, Teri Gleason (Corky), Tom Johnson (Brenda) and Jill Amundson (John); his grandchildren, Joey Polzin (KatieLynn), Matthew Polzin (Hannah), Aaron Polzin (Kaylee), Mallory Des Marais (Tony), McKenzie Johnson, Madalyn Johnson, Mitchell Johnson, Keaton Amundson and Avery Amundson; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Margaux, Maiya Des Marais, Asher Johnson Malinski and Levi Polzin. He is also survived by relatives and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made payable to Tom Johnson.
