He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Bloomquist; his parents, Wilburn Bloomquist and Anne Bloomquist; and his brother Bill Bloomquist. He is survived by: his children, David Bloomquist (Kimberly), Patrick Bloomquist (Shawna) and Stephanie Krueger; and his grandchildren, Abbey Bloomquist, Amanda Bloomquist, Carter Bloomquist, Chase Bloomquist, Peyton Bloomquist, Finn Bloomquist, Tayler Krueger, Hailey Krueger and Tristen Krueger. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
