He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Zachary, Zoe and Joseph; his siblings, John, Jeff, Jim (Patty) and Jeanette; and his close friends, Scott Thompson and Lowell Atkinson.
