He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth; his brother David (Karen); his children, Jennifer Collins (Tom), Michael, Jessica Dahlvang (Travis) and David; and his grandchildren, Alec, Gaige, Iva, Henry and Frank. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
