It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Corrine Menking (Apple Valley, Minnesota), born in Montevideo, Minnesota, who passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Knudson Sr. and Pearl Knudson (Olson); her brothers, Arthur Jr. and Richard Knudson; and her parents-in-law, Francis and Ardis Menking.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Menking; her children, Charles Menking of Mexico, Tamara Beckius (Steven) of Eagan, MN and Tonya Larsen (Randall) of Austin, TX; her sister-in-law Geri Quast (Ronald) of Cheyenne, WY; her grandchildren, Blake Menking, Mitchell Haug (Becky), Lucas Haug (Allie), Kameron Geiger and Karley Townsend (Ryan); and her great grandchild Brooklyn Menking.
