It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marvin Sever Jarvis of Apple Valley, Minnesota, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on July 16, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sever "Pete" and Irene Jarvis (Frost); and his siblings, Margaret and Matthew Jarvis. He is survived by: his wife Raeleen "Rae"; his children, Tony Jarvis (Angela), Tina Jarvis (Michael), Missy Tutewohl (Joe) and Rob Cloutier (Michelle); his grandchildren, Sophie, Evan, Melina, Josh, Lindsey, Haylee and Hunter; and his siblings, Maurice (Julie), Marlene Meier (Wayne), Michael (Ginger), Merle (Katie), Monte (Tammy) and Mary Flowers (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials will be used for donations to American Veterans organizations.
