He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Bushard-Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Cortland and Katie Morrell (Mike); his grandsons, Leo and Cole; his father David Bushard (Elizabeth); his siblings, Lisa Verschaetse (Randy), Tori Birkeland (Terry) and Amy Hove (Mark); and his stepfather Omar Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
