He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Mildred; and his brother Richard (Gloria). He is survived by: his wife Marlys; his children, Brett (Christy), Dean and Leah; his grandchildren, Grady and Audrey; his sister Virginia Ellis; and his former wife Fran. He is also survived by three nephews and niece; and many lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to: Sharing and Caring Hands.
