He was predeceased by : his parents, Nels Benson and Edith Benson (Peterson); his son Brad Benson; and his siblings, Lambert (Lola), Maurice, Lois Courneya, Genevieve Johnson (Orville) and Floyd Benson (Doris).
He is survived by : his wife June LaBine; his children, Brenda Skinner (Eddie), Brian Benson (Jeanne) and Bruce Benson; his daughter-in-law Marsha Benson; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Kyle Benson, Kemra Williams (Kevin), Stacie Snare (Trevor), Matthew, Stefany Benson, Kylie, Collin and Katie Benson; and his sister-in-law Jeri Benson. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
