She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Madison and Irene Madison (Crandall); and her brother David Madison. She is survived by: her husband Gene Jelinek; her daughter Anne Jelinek; her grandchildren, Aaliyah Thurmond and Martrel Thurmond; and her great grandchild Ozios Bale of Austin. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
