It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Eveland (Backus, Minnesota), who passed away on May 3, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alget Gustafson and Althea Gustafson; and her brother Bob Gustafson. She is survived by : her husband Bruce Eveland of Backus, MN; her children, Lisa Krause (David) of Monticello, MN and Brad Eveland of St. Louis Park, MN; her sister Kathy Swanson (Steve) of Apple Valley, MN; and her grandchildren, Ailia, Lawrence and Nelson Krause. She is also survived by her aunts, sisters/brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
