She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Formo and Mrytle Formo (Thompson); her husband Ben; her brothers, David (Euni), Milton (Deloris), Kenny (Leone), Richard (Sally) and Andy (Pat); her brother-in-law Joe Christenson; her niece Linda Carey; and her nephews, Stanley Formo, Craig Formo, Bernie Formo and Dean Formo.
She is survived by: her sister Sally of Fergus Falls; her sister-in-law Colleen Wahl of Fergus Falls; and her nieces and nephews, Seldon Formo (Michelle), Dale Formo (Deb), Bob Formo (Pat), Mark Formo (Kim), Tim Formo, Jeff Formo (Renae), Gary Formo (Hannelore), Cindy Summers (Joe), Sam Walz (Leroy), Diane Arnold (Tim), Nancy Korby, Larry Formo, Cathy Hagaman (Tom), Tracy Muchow (Russ), Jeanie Hutchins (Gary), Jody Brasel (Ron), Jane Champ (Todd), Jay Christenson (Ann), Ron Carey, Chrissy Formo and Patti Formo.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Olson Funeral Home (711 Pebble Lake Rd, Fergus Falls, MN 56537). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
