He was predeceased by : his parents, John Arthur and Ida Grundseth (Torjuson); his wife Dona Femrite; his brother Bruce (Helen); his nephew Keven Grundseth; and his sister-in-law Deb Grundseth (Sagedahl).

He is survived by : his brother Thomas Grundseth of Brooten; his nephew Tim Grundseth of Brooten; and his nieces, Marin Grundseth of Glenwood and Paula Wipf (Leidig) of Gillette, WY.
