He is survived by: his pet Bulldogs; his wife Janet Hallan of Bemidji, MN; his children, Cheryl Fredenburg (Jason) of Bemidji, MN, Carey Hallan of Bemidji, MN, Lisa Coburn (Rodney) of Squaw Lake, MN, Troy Hallan (Dana) of Fergus Falls, MN, Tracy Maruska (Delbert) of Bemidji, MN and Danielle Doherty of Santa Fe; and his siblings, Lee Hallan of Lawton, MI, Carol Jean Osterloh of Florida and Diane Bell (D. H.) of Mayo. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, and 12 Great-Grandchildren.
