She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Aldal and Esther Aldal (Josefson); and her sisters, Eleanor, Doris, Alice and Gladys.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon Pierce Sr. of Bemidji; her children, Gordon Pierce Jr. of Bemidji, Jennie Rafferty (Kevin) of Winona, MN, Patti Port (Tim) of Bemidji and Melissa Voz (Ryan); her grandchildren, Jenna Olson (Logan), Ellisa Claypool (Trevor), Joshua Pierce (Anna), Casie Rafferty, Matthew Port, Molly Rafferty (Sam Pflughoeft), Noah and Eva Voz; her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Kora Olson, Owen, Oaklynn Claypool, Hazel and Elsie Pierce; and her sister Laverne Bell (Clyde). She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
