She was predeceased by: her husband Guy Lewis Carter Sr.; and her sisters, Evelyn Girty and Grace Jantz. She is survived by: her children, Jeri Seegmiller (John) and Guy Carter Jr. (Debbie); her grandchildren, Jason Seegmiller (Heather), Jeremy Seegmiller, Jenna LaVallee (Casey) and Austin Carter; her great grandchildren, Clayton Seegmiller, LaVallee, Blaise Carter and Rocky Carter; and her sisters, Linda Link (Mel) of Cherokee, OK and Melva Phillips (Phil) of Alva, OK.
Belva entered into rest December 7, 2020 at Havenwood Care Center Bemidji, MN from failing health complicated by COVID19.
