Burton Steele Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burton Steele (Bemidji, Minnesota), who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Steele and Mildred Steele; his wife Mable Long; his brothers, Chester, Harold, Howard and Donald Steele; his children, Verna Steele, Larry and Gary Steele; and his grandson Cory Warpula.
He is survived by: his children, Lilly Toftum (Ken) of Bemidji, Elaine Warpula (Mike) of Hibbing and Micheal Steele of Bemidji; and his sisters, Betty Fraase of Buffalo, ND and Carol Sommerfeld of Mahnomen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
