He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Kvamme; his siblings, Kim Burley (Kari) and Ronald Wasfaret of Moorhead; and his half-sister Adeline Simms (Larry) of Peoria, Illinois. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
