He is survived by: his wife Susan Mary Bleth; his children, Melissa Columbus (Scott Theisen), Jessica Johnson (Brent) and Zachary Bushman (Shelby); his grandchildren, Brittany Isensee (Chris), Brenton Columbus (Madison), Wyatt Columbus, Kaden Columbus, Clayton Johnson, Lillian Johnson, Peyton Bushman and Brooklyn Bushman; his sister Bonnie Fisher (Bushman); his mother-in-law Marian Idovich (Bleth); and his son-in-law Mike Columbus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
