He is survived by: his wife Kay of Bemidji, MN; his children, Carla Day (Craig), Cheri Carey (John) and Brian Shook; his siblings, Cheryl Smith (Ken), Debbie Sadler (Wayne) and John Shook (Gail); his nephew Mike Smith (Amy); his great-nephew Liam; and his great-niece Madeline. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
