It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Risland (Bemidji, Minnesota), who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Erick Boe and Lillian Boe (Erickson); her husbands, James Lofgren and Ole Risland, Sr.; her siblings, Earl Boe and Virginia Preston; and her grandchildren, Timothy Risland and Meika Lofgren.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Lofgren (Jerri), Jimmy Lofgren, Linda Risland (Ole, Jr.), Jennifer Lofgren, Richard Lofgren, Jessie Lofgren (Tony Platt), Amanda Lofgren and Sherry Lofgren; and her sisters, Christine Beachan-Adams and Mildred Smith.
