She is survived by: her husband Eric Forsyth of Bemidji, MN; her children, Sarah of Bemidji and Ryan Forsyth of Bemidji; her mother Alicia Gallegos (David) of Albuquerque, NM; and her brother Joe E. Vasquez (Faye) of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
