He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Glynn and Irene Glynn (Meiring). He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Magnell, Deb Glynn (Doug), Mark Glynn, Monica Peterson (Shaun), Maggie Mark (John), Mitchell Glynn and Marianne Warweg (Adam); and his siblings, Pat Glick and Mike Glynn (Robin). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
