He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Jerry; his parents, Frank Jerry and Dorothy Jerry; his father-in-law Thomas Powell; and his sisters, Audry Salmonson (Andrew), Margaret Erickson (Carlos), Dorothy Nixon (Howard) and Patricia Schjenken (Duane).
He is survived by: his former spouse Karon Stejskal (Lindgren); his children, Timothy Jerry, Tammy Jerry and Plymouth; his stepchildren, Rocco Melhus of Bemidji and Terri Melhus of Bemidji; his grandson Jonathan Melhus; his mother-in-law Jeanette Powell (Jay); and his sister Cathy Hanson (Donald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
