He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jacobs and Justina Hawk; his siblings, Deland Hawk and Donna Hawk; and his adoptive parents, Leonard Hawk and Gladys Hawk.
He is survived by: his children, Gerald Hawk, Jr., Brody Hawk and Marissa Kingbird; his grandchildren, Aiden Sayers, Brody Hawk, Jr., Alysia Hawk, Kayleigh Kingbird, Sabrina Kingbird and Alex Addison; and his brother Michael Hawk. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
