She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fogelquist and Esther Fogelquist (Radshinner); her son Dale Jacobs; her grandson James Cleath; and her brothers, Orval (Alice Fogelquist), Lester, Orin and Robert (Cecil).
She is survived by: her husband Roger Jacobs; and her children, Jeannette Jacobs, Suzanne Smith, Mary Efta (Andy), Duane Jacobs (Karen), Nancy Joy (John), Doug Jacobs, Darwin Jacobs, Donald Jacobs and Genevieve Jacobs. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
