He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Hansen and Margaret Hansen (DeBates); his wife Marlys Hansen; and his siblings, Betty, Beverly, Dean and Bob.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Hansen of Bemidji, David Hansen (Laura) of Bemidji, Deb Jurgenson (Reid) of Dawson, MN and Dawn Turner of Bemidji; his grandchildren, Josh, Drew, Lexi, Ty, Nick, Ryan, Heather and Katie; his great grandchildren, Austin, Athena, Serena, Eva and Jordan; and his siblings, Jerry Hansen (Rose) of Alexandria, MN, Larry Hansen (Gail) of Backus, MN and Judy Peterson of Kansas City, MO.
