It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Etta Bowman (Bemidji, Minnesota), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on November 21, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Whatley and Gertrude F. Whatley; and her husband Delano Bowman (Del). She is survived by: her children, Cody (Pinja Bowman) of Dallas and Tandy Bowman (Cathy Perry) of Carmichael, CA; her sister Barbara Wallace of Vineland, NJ; her sister-in-law Patricia Bowman of Grand Junction, CO; and her grandchildren, Samantha Hammonds, Marshall Bowman and Skylar Bowman. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
