He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Evans and Ruth Hall (Johnson); his brothers, Tom Norton and Bruce Norton; and his nephew Timothy.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Evans of Bemidji, MN; his children, Jean Hartley (Robert) of Zimmerman, MN, John Evans of Baxter, MN, Elizabeth Limbeck of Gilbert, AZ and Leah Crump; and his siblings, Webb Norton of Portland, OR and Wanda Havisto of Nisswa, MN.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
