She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Schwinghammer and Alvira Schwinghammer (Maier); and her brothers, Tommy (Kim), Jim, Roger and Johnny.
She is survived by: her family Mary; her husband John May; her children, Ben May and Rebecca May; her grandchildren, Vincent Fontana and Isabella Fontana (Schwinghammer); her siblings, Rob (Joan), Dan (Judy), William (Cindy), Tim (Bonnie), Margaret Moen (Mike), Peter (Anita), Ruth (Chuck Toulouse), Loren (Kari), Paul (Barb Young), Charlie, David (Michele), Jerry (Lia) and Joan "Jodi" (Bruce Beckley); and also, Ben and Rebecca.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests mourners perform an act of kindness or a charitable donation be made in her name.
