He was predeceased by: his parents, David Millar and Ella Millar (Klingbeil); his wives, Valeria and Thelma; his sons, Leon and Gerald; and his siblings, Edward, Walter, Paul, Leslie, Steve, Weldon and Myrtle.
He is survived by: his sister Elsie Kuykendall (Mike) of Fredericksburg, TX. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
