He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete and Helen. He is survived by: his daughters, Katie, Kim and Emily; his former wife Terri; his siblings, Joann and Toby (Susie); and his siblings' children, Angela, Jodi and Jeremy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
