With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Simmerman of Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on June 23, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Allen and Nellie Allen of Northome, MN; her husband Vernon Simmerman; and her stepson Larry Mills. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Simmerman, Terri Simons (Douglas), Hollie Simmerman and Michael Simmerman (Jean); her grandchildren, Samantha, Luke Simmerman, Nicholas, Zachary Simons and Morgan Simmerman; her great grandchildren, Hailie and Payton Simmerman; and her sister Ruth Jourdan. She is also survived by five nieces & nephews.
