He is survived by: his mother June Holstein; his children, Emerald Bastian of Coon Rapids and Ian M Sullivan of Melbourne, FL; his sister Kauri McNeal of Burnsville; and his cousins, Beth, Ryan and Aaron Crosby. He is also survived by 11 aunts, 3 uncles.
