He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilmer Francis and Hazel Francis; his daughter Evangelyn Bjorkman (Dave); his wife Faith Francis; his sisters, Ethel Lindstrom and Edith Marshall; his grandson Ben Bjorkman; and his great grandchild Jasmine Henson.
He is survived by: his children, Howard Francis (Nancy), Edie Perrine (Gene), Beverly Kopkie (Steve), Shirley Molitor (Ron) and Marian Love (James); and his brother Ted Francis. He is also survived by his children, 13 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren.
