She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hart and Isabel Vogt Hart; and her brothers, Elmer Hart and Ted Hart. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Anderson; her brothers, Rev. Rob Hart (Jan) of Marion and Al Hart (Sharon) of Battle Lake, MN; and her stepchildren, J. Roger Anderson (Muriel) of Plymouth, MN, David Anderson (Kathy) of Alexandria, MN, Lois Simonson (Paul) of Bemidji, Richard Anderson (Donna) of Matthews, NC, Naomi Anderson of Maplewood, MN and Rachel Williams of Mount Herman, CA.. She is also survived by 14 step grandchildren; 33 step great grandchildren; 8 step great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Virginia prefers memorials be sent to Oak Hills Christian College or Samaritans Purse.
